We are seeking Senior Administrative Assistants to join the Mission Product Systems department in Government Systems. The position performs complex administrative activities in close relationship to the day-to-day work of Engineering Staff and Department Leads. The Senior Administrative Assistant will work in a confidential and highly responsive relationship with department leadership. The position available is located in Richardson, TX.

Broad perspective through interactions with teams across the business
Provide administrative support to a large engineering staff and respective department lead. Typical support tasks include scheduling meetings, arranging domestic and international travel, expense report preparation, and maintaining department calendars.
Assist management by managing calendars and making priority decisions to resolve schedule conflicts, monitoring email communication and highlighting urgent matters requiring attention, preparing activity reports and leadership engagement opportunities, and coordinating department meetings.
Serve as the focal point for a large engineering department; such as coordinating food orders, tracking morale budget, monitoring and ordering office supplies & printer maintenance, and providing other administrative assistance.
Serve as the focal point for the department onboarding of new hires, scheduling interviews, ordering equipment through the IT Department, and work with facilities in establishing office location.
Provide assistance in procuring department events/meetings off site and attend as main POC (Point of Contact).
Administer the department ALM/Teamspace sites, including site content updates, user access, and assisting users with questions.
Provide the Security office with documentation of all foreign national visitors invited to Richardson.
Collaborate with the RAST (Richardson Administrative Support Team) for site wide events, coordinating conference rooms for Leadership broadcasts and administrative support of events in which all site employees participate.
Interact with other administrative assistants collaboratively to share knowledge and schedule activities with senior leadership across the business, including resolving schedule conflicts as executive calendars change.
High school diploma or equivalent required
U.S. citizen or permanent resident (green card) required
3 or more year’s hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools
1 or more year’s hands-on experience using industry leading travel tools for booking domestic and international travel
Experience supporting multiple managers and large teams
